Michael McLeod is an ADHD and Executive Function Specialist, and the founder of GrowNOW ADHD, a nationwide coaching organization. He is the author of "The Executive Function Playbook" and co-host of "The ADHD Parenting Podcast". With over 20 years of experience and a Master's degree, McLeod developed the "Internal Skills Model" to help children, teens, and families affected by ADHD and executive function challenges.
