Nitin Sharma is the founder of RecTalk and the recruitment supplier directory, rectools.io. He began his recruitment career in 2014 at Michael Page and later founded, scaled, and ultimately closed his own recruitment agency. This experience of failure and the lessons learned inspired him to create RecTalk to help other business owners avoid the same mistakes.
