Emma Crabtree is the host of the "Let's Talk Data" podcast and the Founder and Director of Mirai Talent, a recruitment agency specializing in the data and technology sectors. Launched in January 2024, her podcast delves into the personal stories and career journeys of data leaders. Before her career in recruitment, which began around 2016, she taught English from 2011 to 2016 and holds a degree in International and Business Marketing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
