Dr. Kevin Scull is a historian and passionate adult chess improver who hosts the Chess Journeys podcast. After a 20-year hiatus from the game, he returned to tournament play and documents his journey to improve, sharing detailed game analyses and training methods. He has successfully raised his USCF rating to over 1800 as an adult player in his 50s. The podcast, started in 2021, features interviews with other adult improvers, while his YouTube channel focuses on his own live games and analysis.
